How we handle itStorm Roof Repair & Roofing
Faulkner County runs from the college streets of Conway out to the hills around Greenbrier, and it sits squarely in central Arkansas storm country. We bring our own crews up I-40 to handle both.
We repair storm damage, trace leaks and replace roofs across Faulkner County, including Conway, Greenbrier, Mayflower, Vilonia and the rural roads in between. Conway is about 35 minutes from our Little Rock office on I-40. Most repairs run about $375 to $1,160, and replacements on a typical Faulkner County home land around $10,400 to $17,300, depending on size and pitch.

Conway is the center of the county and one of the fastest growing cities in the state, with the University of Central Arkansas, Hendrix College and Central Baptist College all inside city limits. Its population jumped by more than 60 percent in the 1990s alone, and the newer neighborhoods west and south of town show it.
North on US 65, Greenbrier is smaller and more rural, with homes on larger lots and a lot of tree cover. Mayflower sits on the south side near Lake Conway, and Vilonia lies to the east. We cover all of them, plus the county roads between, where a house might share a few acres with a barn and a metal carport.
Faulkner County has been hit hard more than once. An F4 tornado struck Conway in April 1965, and on April 27, 2014, an EF4 tornado tracked about 41 miles from western Pulaski County through Mayflower and Vilonia and into White County. Neighborhoods in both towns were rebuilt afterward, so a lot of roofs there date from 2014 and 2015.
Those roofs are now past the ten year mark. That is when we start seeing sealant strips that let go along the rakes, exposed nail heads on ridge caps and pipe boots that crack in the sun. A quick inspection and a few hours of maintenance can push that roof well into its second decade.
Newer homes on Conway's edges face the same risk. Big open subdivisions with young trees give wind a clear run at the roof, and the spring storms that roll in from the west reach the county with little warning. We check sealed edges and ridge caps first on every storm call here.
In Conway's older streets near downtown and Hendrix, homes from the early 1900s carry steeper roofs, wood decking and chimneys that need flashing work. The newer subdivisions on the city's edges have simpler roofs but larger ones, often with long runs of ridge vent and big open gable ends that catch wind.
Greenbrier and the northern part of the county bring more trees, more limbs on roofs and more clogged valleys. Down by Lake Conway, moisture and shade mean algae streaks and moss along north slopes. East toward Vilonia, open fields leave roofs exposed to straight-line wind with nothing to break it.
Storm repair tops our Faulkner County work, followed by full replacements on roofs from the 1990s and early 2000s building boom that are now reaching the end of their life. We also do a good amount of gutter work, since many of those homes still have the original gutters with failing end caps and loose spikes.
Every job starts with photos. We show you what we found on each slope, then put the price in writing before any work begins. After a replacement, the crew cleans up and runs a magnet sweep across the yard and driveway.
Call (501) 387-1152 at any hour. We answer 24/7, and during storm season we keep crews ready to come up I-40 to tarp roofs with open damage the same day when we can.
Tell us whether you are in Conway, Greenbrier, Mayflower or out in the county, and describe what you see. If water is coming in, say so first, and we will schedule you ahead of routine inspections.
On campus-area rentals near UCA and Hendrix, we also work directly with owners who live elsewhere. We send photos of what we find so the owner can approve the work without driving over.

How we handle itWe find whether the water comes through chimney flashing, the crown, the brick or a missing cricket, then fix that source.
How we handle itNew aluminum gutters roll-formed on site in one continuous piece per run, with downspouts placed to move heavy rain away.
How we handle itYes. Our crews cover all of Faulkner County, including Greenbrier, Mayflower, Vilonia and the unincorporated roads between them. Greenbrier is roughly 45 minutes from our Little Rock office. Rural homes often have heavy tree cover and outbuildings, so on a visit we look at the house roof, the valleys under the trees and any barn or carport roof you want checked.
Probably some maintenance. Roofs put on in Mayflower and Vilonia in 2014 and 2015 are now past ten years old, which is when sealant strips, ridge cap nails and pipe boots start to fail. Catching those early is inexpensive. We inspect, photograph anything loose or cracked and tell you plainly whether it needs a tune up or nothing at all.
Shade and moisture. Homes near Lake Conway and its creeks tend to have damp north slopes, dark algae streaks, moss in the valleys and fascia boards that stay wet behind full gutters. We clean and treat the roof surface gently, clear the valleys and gutters, replace soft wood and talk with you about trimming limbs that keep the roof shaded.
Most Faulkner County replacements on a typical single-story or small two-story home with architectural shingles land around $10,400 to $17,300 in 2026. Size, pitch, the number of valleys and how much decking needs replacing move the price most. Impact-resistant shingles cost more up front. Every price we give is written and itemized before work starts.
